The production line equipment for reaction tank ceramic tile grout has been discussed a lot before, and everyone has long been aware of it. For condensers, they can be classified into four categories based on the cooling substance, and their functions are as follows:



⑴ Water cooling type:


In this type of condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is carried away by the cooling water. The cooling water can be used once or in a circulating system. Water cooled condensers can be divided into various types according to their different construction types, such as column shell tube type, vertical shell tube type, and waterproof sleeve type.


⑵ Gas cooled (also known as air-cooled):


In this type of condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is carried away by the gas, which can undergo natural heat convection. Centrifugal fans can also be used for forced flow. This type of condenser is used for air conditioning Freon refrigeration equipment in places where power supply is difficult or challenging.


⑶ Water gas cooling type:


In this type of condenser, the refrigerant is additionally cooled by water and gas, but mainly by the evaporation of cooling water on the surface of the heat transfer pipe, which draws a lot of heat from the refrigerant side as the latent heat of vaporization of water. The key role of air is to accelerate the evaporation of water and bring away water vapor. Therefore, this type of condenser requires very little water, and is the preferred choice for areas with dry, water bodies, low temperatures, and insufficient water flow. This type of condenser can be divided into two types according to their different structural styles: evaporative and shower type.

⑷ Evaporation Cold Suspicion Type:


In this type of condenser, the cooling effect caused by the evaporation of refrigerant in another refrigeration unit is utilized to cool the refrigerant vapor on the other side of the heat conduction partition wall, promoting the latter type of solidification and vaporization. The evaporator condenser in a cascade refrigeration unit is like this. Principle: When the refrigerant enters the evaporator, the working pressure decreases, and it changes from a high-pressure vapor to a low-pressure vapor. This entire process requires digestion and absorption of heat, so the ambient temperature of the evaporator is very low. Then, it can be blown out by a cooling fan. The condenser cools the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant from the refrigeration compressor into high-pressure and ultra-low temperature refrigerant, which then undergoes capillary vaporization and evaporates in the evaporator.
