1. The mixer operator must undergo professional skills training from the safety department of the superior leader, pass the investigation and obtain evidence before entering the post for actual operation (ensuring certification), and non driver actual operation is prohibited.

2. Before work, the safety protection of the transmission system of the mixer and the electronic components of the electrical control system should be checked to ensure that they are flexible, reliable, and reasonable.

3. The mixer operator should frequently observe the specifications and models of the concrete and stone materials, which should be consistent with the characteristics of the newly applied mixer. If it is found that they exceed the approved scope, they cannot be used.

4. It is necessary to regularly inspect the mixing drum, mixing blades and wear-resistant lining plates, shafts, roller shafts, transmission system transmission gears, belt reels, V-belts, sprocket chains and transmission chains, clutches, braking systems, galvanized steel wire ropes, quantitative water supply and drainage equipment, and safety devices to ensure that they are in good condition. The connecting anchor bolts at all locations should be tightened tightly against the spectrum. In addition, the metal material position of the motor of the mixer should be reliably grounded and maintained.

5. Before mixing, it is necessary to check whether the rotation of the mixing drum or mixing blades meets the required operating direction, and then carry out air running. If any abnormal conditions are found, the machine should be turned off first, the power supply should be disconnected for regular inspection and maintenance, and air running should be carried out after common faults are cleared.

6. After 1 to 3 minutes of idle running, the mixing drum or mixing blades should operate stably, the left and right sides of the silo should be flexible, and the water pump and quantitative water supply and drainage equipment should work normally before starting the mixing work.

7. It is prohibited to use specialized tools or any objects to enter the mixing drum to scrape and unload concrete, and maintenance work cannot be carried out during operation.

When raising the silo, it is forbidden to work directly below it. When clearing the bucket pit, the empty bucket should be fixed firmly before proceeding.

9. During the mixing process, the mixed concrete must be discharged before adding aggregates. The feeding process should be carried out during operation, and the mixer should not be shut down halfway or started when overloaded (except for flipping feeding). The amount of raw material added should not exceed the short-circuit capacity of the mixer.

When the mixer suddenly experiences common malfunctions during overload operation, it should first shut down, disconnect the power supply, lock the switch box, clean the raw materials inside the drum, and carry out maintenance and fault detection.

11. After the work is completed, clean the mixer and drop the silo into the bucket pit. If it rises slowly, use the transmission chain to fasten the light or upper bucket pin. In winter, drain the water from the water pump and pipeline, disconnect the power switch, and lock the switch box.

12. When maintaining the mixer, it is necessary to trip and turn off the power supply, conduct electrical testing, lock the distribution cabinet to confirm the dead side before carrying out maintenance. In addition, dedicated personnel should be assigned to monitor.
